With our in-house production and warehousing we are able to ship orders same day across Europe. We are constantly adding variety and new designs that support movie releases, music tours and any major entertainment launches.

Screen print

Screen printing is a manufacturing technique whereby a mesh or screen is used to transfer ink onto fabric or a made up garments. In our factory we have nine automatic machines capable of printing 40,000 garments per day and up to 16 colours.

BIL’s in house Direct To Garment service gives you the retailer access to a massive range of approved designs and allows you to run your business with limited stock risk.

We can also offer drop shipping as well as exclusive ranges. We are also able to offer ‘personalisation’ on most of our licenses which gives another unique competitive option for our customers.

tRANSFERS

Alternatively we can apply a transfer on a garment A good example of transfer is adding the names and numbers on the back of a football shirt. A sheet of vinyl with the print applied is heat sealed onto the garment using a heat press.
